Gaia measures the position, parallax, and annual proper motion of 1 billion stars with an accuracy of about 20 microarcseconds (µas) at 15 mag. GR bending of starlight by the Sun's gravitational field at 90 deg from Sun is 4 milliarcsecond. Light bending by Jupiter is a "200 σ detection". Will detect Jupiter's frame dragging (Lense–Thirring effect). Will detect gravitational wave energy from white dwarf inspirals. May detect actual gravitational waves 1e-12 < f < 1e-9 Hz
