Eskrima/Kali JKD double sticks Sinawali Heaven 6, with push-shuffle footwork.
Eskrima/Kali JKD double sticks Sinawali Heaven 6, with push-shuffle footwork.

This is the very first elementary and basic technique from Jeet Kune Do (JKD), adopted from Philippino Martial Arts called Eskrima (Kali in the west). There are total of 10 strikes, this only shows #1 and #2 both hands. Heaven 6 is the simplest form. Push-shuffle footwork is adopted from western fencing, and is the fastest known way to move forward and back other than running.
