Southernmost beach diet: lose weight on eating all the chocolate you can carry and drag

Breakfast: oats with sugar, powdered milk and a generous knob of butter
Lunch: 500g of salted peanuts, chip sticks, peanut butter cups, coconut chocolate bars, white chocolate maltesers, marzipan, jelly sweets, toblerone, twix and milk chocolate
Dinner: carbohydrate and protein drinks, coffee, hot chocolate drink,

all while 1000 mi relaxing solo Antarctica traverse. Her biggest risk is breaking a tooth on frozen solid chocolate.
